FALL CLOTHING HAUL *EMOTIONAL*

Hey guys! I hope you’re all doing well. I’m really excited about this post, but I do want to say a couple things before we start. I try not to watch materialistic videos so I completely get it if this isn’t your thing. I know that a lot of my videos have been materialistic lately and to be honest, I am kinda getting bored with it myself. Especially in todays world with social media and comparing ourselves to others it can kinda make you feel “less than” or upsetting that you can’t afford those things and I get it. I’ve been there and I get depressed. I limit my use on social media because I notice that it gets to me and I don’t want to compare my life with anyone else.

On the other hand, I want to show you guys everything that I got because it’s literally been years since I bought myself some new clothes. I’ve been a single mom all of Jaylis life. Jayli is nine years old. Whatever she needed for the month I bought it without thinking twice, and there wasn’t enough leftover at the end of the month for me. And I was ok with that because that’s what I needed to do as her mother.

But as a single mother with a very small income I’m happy to say that I was finally able to get off of Welfare and for the first time in my life I have money leftover at the end of the month to not only save money, but I also have a little extra spending money leftover. That has never happened up until this point!

I can get more into my life and my health and journey in another video, but that’s basically the gist of it.

Maybe you can relate to this situation or maybe you can’t relate at all, but either way…

This was a reward for me, but it was also something that I needed because I needed clothes to wear to work. I’m really proud to say that I am doing well and I finally have my head above water and I’m truly excited about showing you these things that I have worked so hard for.

I got everything that I’m showing you today from maurices. We have them all over the Midwest, I’m not sure if they are everywhere, but you can order these items online. I have them all linked for easy reference.

My style hasn’t really changed much, I am just now able to express myself through clothing and wear things that I actually love. The girls at maurices were so sweet and helpful. They helped me put together some outfits and show me how to dress my body because it’s been so long since I have dressed “trendy” so I really appreciated their help!
