Thanks so much for trusting LJDECOR with your new Design. I want you to be 100% happy with your new space. If for ANY reason you are not satisfied, Please convo me & let’s work together on finding a solution. My goal is to build long term relationships with my clients. Again thank you for your purchase.

I accept PayPal, but will make exceptions in certain circumstances.

eDesigns are sent via PDF or JPEG file. The average time frame on a 1 room design board is 1-3 days. Once my Design is complete, I will forward the design to your personal email address.

Product shipments (home decor items) are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground, and from shipping date, deliver in 3-5 business days. All shipments are insured for the value of the product shipped. Please contact us if you need an EXPEDITED shipment (Faster than 7 days) or if you need a faster delivery than 2-3 days, or if you are an international customer for further details.

Refunds and Exchanges
eDesigns are Non-Refundable due to the release of Design Ideas. Design boards must be approved by you before I create the final design look.  If you are dissatisfied with my suggested design, I will be more than happy to present 1 more option.

Home Decor items are refundable if item is returned within 30 days.
