Hey guys! I hope you’re all having a great week! I wanted to post this video on my blog for those who are wondering how I meal prep for the week. I enjoy vegan food, my daughter is mostly vegan but does eat eggs (and cheese occasionally), and Brandon is pescatarian (the only meat he eats is seafood). We all enjoy vegan dinners together. This is how I meal prep for the week!

This the chalkboard I mentioned in the video. I really like to write out our meals on the chalkboard for the week so we can pick what we want to have for that night based off what I did the grocery shopping off of, knowing what we have available makes it easy.

I have used several chalk markers in the past, but these are my favorite chalk markers. They write so smoothly and are so vibrant and beautiful!

We switched over to mostly glassware containers for storing our foods. These are the glassware containers I mentioned. I love them so much because I don’t have to worry about toxins leaking from plastic, the food tasting like plastic, and the bowls don’t stain!

Sometimes I run out of ideas or want to get inspired and try something new. My favorite cookbooks are Forks Over Knives, Thug Kitchen, and Vegan Thai Cookbook (which is usually free on Kindle!)
