I want to show you how to make really big art on a really little budget.
This project was made for Jayli’s playroom.
I needed something to fill a large wall in a playroom and could’t find anything that I liked.
These are fully customizable to your taste. I chose to make two plywood art pieces. One says “MAKE ART” and the other one says “BE KIND”.

It was a really easy project and didn’t cost much money!
Artwork of this size would have been A LOT of money. But, no worries. I’ve come up with a solution that will save you lots of MONEY.
You will need:
Plywood
Wood Letters (whatever size your prefer)
Paint
Paintbrush
E6000 Glue
Fabric
Staple Gun
Directions:
-
- Cut your plywood to the size you need
-
- Arrange your wooden letters
-
- Paint your letters
-
- Wrap your canvas with fabric, stapling the back to the plywood
-
- Glue the letters to the plywood fabric
-
- Let it dry
- Tip! I created a frame out of 1×2’s on the back for easy hanging.
